1998年9月10日至9月24日,肇州县永胜乡健全小学发生一起麻疹暴发.现将调查结果报告如下.1 材料与方法调查对象为健全小学全体在校学生,重点为发热、出疹病人,对属于本次暴发时间内的病例作为调查重点.对所有报告的疑似病例及时做个案调查和疫点处理,病例诊断参照卫生部下发的《传染病防治法规定管理的传染病诊断标准(试行)》.大庆市卫生防疫站对病例发病初期和恢复期血清进行血凝抑制试验,检测病人双份血清抗体增加至4倍或4倍以上判断为阳性,HI抗体以超过1:8判断为阳性.2 结果2.1 分布特征 首例病例张××、女、12岁,系健全小学四年级一班学生,1998年9月10日发病;末例病例张××、女、12岁,系健全小学四年级二班学生,1998年9月24日发病.疫情持续14d共发病23例,所有病例都在校内,其中学生21例,教师2例.病例年龄在9岁至30岁之间,9～12岁21例.男性10例、女性13例.
