营销人员频繁流动,成为制约我国保险业健康、持续发展的一大瓶颈。造成保险业人员流失的组织因素有行业特点、工作性质、营销体制、增员模式、激励机制等。为提升保险营销人员定着率,保险公司应转变增长方式,创新开发新产品;改变过分依赖营销人员的增加开展业务的状况;加强代理人甄选,制定先进的人才战略;积极促进营销人员与保险公司的相互信任。
The frequent marketers have become a major bottleneck restricting the healthy and sustainable development of China’s insurance industry.
