考察了几种有机药剂CMC、单宁酸、EDTA、腐殖酸钠对黄铁矿与黄铜矿浮选行为的影响 ,研究发现 :这些药剂对黄铜矿的浮选行为影响不大 ,但对黄铁矿浮选行为的影响各不相同 ,EDTA对黄铁矿的抑制作用不明显 ;CMC和单宁酸对黄铁矿的抑制作用与矿浆pH值有关 ;腐殖酸钠在较宽的矿浆pH值范围表现出对黄铁矿优异的抑制性能。对腐殖酸钠的进一步研究表明 :当矿浆中有Ca2 + 存在时 ,可强化腐殖酸钠对黄铁矿的抑制作用 ,而不影响黄铜矿的可浮性。并从矿物接触角与矿表黄药吸附量的变化角度分析了黄铁矿受抑制的机理。
The effects of CMC, tannic acid, EDTA and sodium humate on flotation behaviors of pyrite and chalcopyrite were investigated. The results showed that these agents have little effect on the flotation behavior of chalcopyrite Pyrite flotation behavior of different, EDTA on the pyrite inhibition is not obvious; CMC and tannic acid pyrite inhibition and pH value of the pulp; sodium humate in a wide Pulp pH range shows excellent inhibition of pyrite. Further study of sodium humate showed that the presence of Ca2 + in the pulp could enhance the inhibitory effect of sodium humate on pyrite without affecting the buoyancy of chalcopyrite. The inhibitory mechanism of pyrite was analyzed from the perspective of mineral contact angle and the change of adsorption amount of xanthate.
