对于从事中国山水画创作,并无其它特长的我来说,能进画院或美院工作是我非常向往的,说白了些,它能最低限度保证我的生活 并有条件进行山水画创作。也很幸运,88年从浙江美院（现中国美术学院）国画系毕业后,经吴山明,卓鹤君等老师的推荐,分配至西泠书画院工作。 初来画院时很兴奋、首先是环境优美。小楼与平湖秋月相毗邻,前与百顷碧波的西湖相映,后与环水兀立的孤山相依。它的前身原是犹大富商哈同之妻罗迦陵的别墅,故名”罗苑”。说起来与中国美院也有渊源,1928年西湖国立艺术皖 （中国美院前身）
For me who is engaged in the creation of Chinese landscape painting and has no other specialties, I am very long-serving for entering into the art academy or art academy. It is the predecessor of the Jewish rich merchants with the wife of Luo Jia Ling villa, hence the name “Lo Court.” Speaking with the Chinese Academy of Fine Arts also has a source, 1928 West Lake National Arts Wan (predecessor of China Academy of Art)
