Objective To investigate the relationship between relapse and immunoglobulin levels in children with nephrotic syndrome (NS). Methods A total of 100 children with NS were studied retrospectively. The clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. According to the relapse after treatment, the patients were divided into recurrent group and non-recurrent group. The immunoglobulin levels were compared between the two groups. Immunoglobulin Correlation between protein levels and recurrence. Results The relapse rate of patients with abnormal IgE was higher than that of patients with normal IgE (P <0.05). The IgE level of patients with recurrent disease was significantly higher than that without recurrence (P <0.05). Relapse of children with NS was closely related to IgE (P <0.05) , But not with IgG, IgM and IgA (P> 0.05). Conclusion The level of IgE in children with NS is closely related to recurrence, which may be involved in the relapse of patients. The clinical treatment of patients with active IgE can reduce the relapse.
