代谢重编程是肿瘤细胞的一种特殊代谢方式,肿瘤细胞通过相关基因及其信号通路,使代谢物质的数量和流向发生特定的改变从而维持其特殊的生长方式,而糖代谢是整个代谢重编程的核心。现有的研究结果表明,糖代谢重编程在膀胱癌的发生、发展中起重要作用,并且靶向调节膀胱癌细胞糖代谢重编程的某些过程具有抑制膀胱癌细胞增殖的作用,糖代谢重编程的某些中间产物或代谢酶可作为膀胱癌早期检测和评估分期及预后的分子靶标。本文就目前有关糖代谢重编程对膀胱癌发生机制作用的研究进展作一综述。“,”Metabolic reprogramming is a special metabolic mode of tumor cells. Driven by related genes and signal pathways, tumor cells change the quantity and flow direction of metabolites to maintain their special growth mode. The glucose metabolism is the core of metabolic reprogramming. The existing studies show that glycometabolism reprogramming plays an important role in the occurrence and development of bladder cancer, and some processes that target to regulate glycometabolism reprogramming of bladder cancer cells can inhibit the proliferation of bladder cancer cells. Some intermediates or metabolizing enzymes of glycometabolism reprogramming can be used as molecular targets for early detection and evaluation of stage and prognosis of bladder cancer. In this paper, we review the progress in the study of glycometabolism reprogramming in the pathogenesis of bladder cancer.
