Objective To explore the effect of hull swinging on the operation time of intravenous fluids and the success rate of primary puncture under different sea conditions and to put forward the countermeasures to deal with the different hull degrees. Methods Thirty New Zealand rabbits were selected and randomly numbered. The submarine DOF manipulator was used to simulate the hull swing of 0 °, 7 °, 12 ° and 15 ° in 4 kinds of sea conditions. Each of the 40 nurses completed 4 hull swings Under the rabbits ear vein puncture operation. (P> 0.05). The operation time of hull swinging at 12 ° was significantly prolonged (P <0.01). The height of hull swinging at 15 ° was significantly different from that on land-based (P < 0.01). Conclusion The different swing of the hull affects the aging of nursing work and corresponding measures should be taken respectively.
