Sparganosis mansoni is a disease caused by parasitic disease in the human body caused by the larvae of M. cepacia. Its adults are usually parasitic in cats, dogs and other carnivores, while the important intermediate host causing such infections in animals is the frog. Cercaria larvae of cercariae called spider larvae, hidden in the frog muscle or subcutaneous tissue. In our country, the main way to infect human body is when the affected skin is affixed with raw frogs, the spider larvae directly invade the skin and invade the human body, forming a subcutaneous or intramuscular mass locally invaded, and the mass may have mobility. In view of pathological examination, it may be confused with some common parasitic subcutaneous nodules, and the province has not yet seen such reports, especially the four cases we have encountered since 1972 as a brief analysis, for fellow reference.
