应该承认,西方素描之于中国画的发展,演进是有功绩的,近百年来中国画的风格样式的革新、多样,表现力的深化、拓宽的现状,已经说明了这一点。然而西方素描作为造型基础课之于中国画的发展演进,也存在一定的缺陷和失误。毕竟中西方文化存在着差异,素描这个西方绘画的造型方式与中国画的造型观念也必然存在着差异,存在着冲突与抵悟。 正本清源,明晰中国传统绘画思维方式的特性,从中国绘画的艺术特色与西方绘画比较中显示出的中国绘画体系的力度的高度来认识西方素描之于中国画的得与失、功与过、适应与冲突,是中国画素描基础课的不可避免的问题。
