MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are small, endogenous, non-coding RNAs of 21-25 nucleotides in length that target gene expression at the transcriptional level by interaction with sequence-specific translational repression of target genes Regulate, and thus participate in a variety of important biological processes. MiRNAs play a very important role in the development and progression of human tumors and several miRNAs have been found to be closely associated with the development and progression of certain tumors. Not only miRNAs in tissues but also miRNAs in peripheral blood are also closely related to the occurrence and development of tumors. Some of them can be used as diagnostic markers of diseases, providing new ideas for the early diagnosis of clinical diseases. Detection of tumor-specific miRNA in blood plays an important role in the early diagnosis of tumors.
