随着我军文职人员制度有步骤、有计划地实施以来,越来越多的优秀毕业生加入到军校教员的队伍中来,成为课堂教学工作的重要力量。但由于文职人员多数是从地方高校毕业后就直接走上讲台,没有经过专门的教育教学技能训练和军事素质锻炼,虽然有教学热情和较好的业务基础,但在课堂教学和管理中还是存在着各种各样的问题。本文从四个方面介绍了青年文职教员在课堂教学中的误区及改善措施。

This article introduces the misunderstanding and improvement measures of young civilian teachers in classroom teaching from four aspects.
