薪酬管理体系是组织人事管理当中的一个重要环节,在奖励和促进员工工作效率中发挥着重要的作用。本文以医院绩效激励薪酬体系的构建作为研究视角进行深入分析研究,阐述医院绩效激励薪酬体系的重要意义,指出当前医院绩效激励薪酬体系当中存在的问题,并提出具体的构建策略。
Compensation management system is an important part of organization and personnel management and plays an important role in rewarding and promoting the work efficiency of employees. In this paper, the hospital performance incentive remuneration system as a research perspective to conduct an in-depth analysis and study, explain the importance of hospital performance incentive remuneration system, point out the current problems in the hospital performance incentive remuneration system, and put forward specific construction strategies.
