目的研究IL1基因上rs16944(IL1β-511C/T)位点和rs1800587(IL1α-899C/T)位点基因单核苷酸多态性与肺癌易感性之间的关系。方法研究对象为北方地区汉族人群,采用病例对照研究的方法,193例肺癌患者来自中国医科大学附属一院,211例对照来自沈阳陆军总医院同期就诊的非肿瘤患者,按性别、年龄(±5岁)、吸烟状况与病例频数匹配。采用Taqman real-time PCR方法进行IL1基因单核苷酸多态性的基因分型。SPSS13.0软件包进行数据分析。χ2检验比较人口学特征、相关危险因素暴露及SNP基因型在病例与对照之间分布的差异;单因素和多因素logistic回归分析计算比值比(odds ratio,OR)及95%可信区间(confidence interval,CI)。结果 IL1β-511C/T和IL1α-899C/T的基因型分布频率在病例组和对照组之间差异无统计学意义,T等位基因携带者患肺癌的风险与C等位基因携带者患肺癌的风险相比差异无统计学意义。结论本研究未发现北方汉族人群中IL1基因单核苷酸多态性与肺癌易感性相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the single nucleotide polymorphisms of rs16944 (IL1β-511C / T) and rs1800587 (IL1α-899C / T) loci in IL1 gene and the susceptibility to lung cancer. Methods The subjects were Han nationality from northern part of China. A case-control study was conducted. A total of 193 lung cancer patients were from the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University. 211 controls were from non-tumor patients treated by Shenyang Army General Hospital during the same period. Conclusion This study found no association between single nucleotide polymorphism of IL1 gene and susceptibility to lung cancer in northern Chinese Han population.
