法治的成本目前的研究以立法成本、执法成本、守法成本、纠错成本为主。也许是视线的局限,人们忽视了一个显而易见的问题,那就是法治进程中的人情成本。法治的成本必不可少,那是否成本越少越好呢,答案也是否定的。不同的社会,不同的区域,法治的成本是不尽相同的,隔离中国的现状和传统来研究中国的法治成本也是毫无意义的。法治的进程应当是一个法律思维沉积的过程,一个法治土壤耕耘的过程。 The cost of the rule of law Current research to the legislative costs, law enforcement costs, law-abiding costs, error-correction costs.
