为探索能源草沼气发酵应用前景,利用自行设计的试验装置开展了京郊地区柳枝稷、荻、芦竹的沼气发酵试验,对其应用潜力开展了量化分析.3种能源草的有效沼气发酵过程持续30d,沼气产量集中在前10天内,分别占单位质量原料沼气产量的84.45%、84.81%、85.02%.3种能源草中,柳枝稷沼气发酵启动较快,基本完成沼气发酵过程所需时间较短,为18d;芦竹的单位质量原料沼气产量、单位面积沼气产量、单位面积沼气发电量较高,分别为188.67m3/t、5868.95m3/hm2、9390.33kWh/hm2,柳枝稷次之,荻再次之;荻的大气净化价值较大;每发酵生产1000m3沼气所需种植的柳枝稷、荻、芦竹在1个生长季中可以固定大气CO29135.34kg、12857.14kg、8586.57kg.柳枝稷、荻、芦竹3种能源草可以用作并丰富沼气发酵原料种类.
In order to explore the potential application of biogas fermentation for energy grass, biogas fermentation experiments of switchgrass, Di and Arundo donax in Beijing suburbs were carried out by using self-designed test equipment, and the potential of biogas fermentation was studied.
