校外实习基地的设置和管理对于高职院校提高人才培养质量举足轻重。按照专业适用、相对稳定、内外一体原则,该专业建立起学校主导型、企业主导型、共建共享型校外实习基地12个。校外实习基地的管理经历了传统管理、理念创新、模式创新等阶段,按照松散、半紧密和紧密模式进行管理。对于校外实习基地设置和管理过程中出现的一些问题,可采取发挥政府作用、形成校企互动机制、健全实践教学体系、加强实习组织管理、引导学生及家长更新观念、组建职教集团或校企合作学院来解决。
The setting-up and management of off-campus practice bases play an important role in improving the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges.
