成都作为全国24个服务外包示范城市之一,以其特有的魅力吸引着全球优秀企业落户成都,但是与上海、北京、广州、深圳等一线城市相比,成都不仅在投资的硬件方面,而且在投资服务的软件方面还有较大差距。本文以迈克尔·波特的竞争力“钻石模型”为理论依据,通过搜集全国24个城市在服务外包产业的各项统计数据,分析得出成都处于全国服务外包城市的第9位,为不断提升成都服务外包产业的竞争力,文章最后提出了加快创新驱动的步伐、壮大服务外包市场主体、打造服务外包人才梯队、加大财税金融政策扶持力度等建议。
As one of the 24 service outsourcing model cities in China, Chengdu, with its unique charm, has attracted the world’s best companies to settle in Chengdu. However, compared with the first-tier cities like Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, Chengdu is not only investing in hardware but also in Investment services software there is a big gap. Based on Michael Porter’s competitiveness “diamond model ” as the theoretical basis, by collecting the statistical data of 24 cities in the service outsourcing industry in China, it is concluded that Chengdu is the 9th among the service outsourcing cities in China And constantly improve the competitiveness of Chengdu’s service outsourcing industry. Finally, the article puts forward some suggestions on accelerating the drive of innovation, expanding the main body of the service outsourcing market, building the echelon of service outsourcing talents, and strengthening the fiscal and financial support policies.
