为证明张力建立初期存在冲击,在两架连轧机轧件中间接入力传感器,进行连轧活套吸收后建立张力的试验。记录曲线表明张力是先有上冲,再回落到某一数值。利用动态方程的极限状态,求出稳定平衡后的张力和上冲峰值。考虑时间滞后的张力动态模型通过数学仿真证明,模型预报与试验结果一致。
In order to prove the initial impact of tension establishment, a force sensor was installed in the middle of two rolling mills, and the tension was established after the continuous rolling sleeve was absorbed. Recorded curves show tension is first on the red, then fall back to a certain value. Using the limit state of the dynamic equation, find the equilibrium tension and the overshoot peak value. The dynamic model of tension considering time lag proves that the model prediction is consistent with the experimental results through mathematical simulation.
