随着经济的发展,土壤重金属污染已经成为国内外关注的热点问题。文章以河南省某处农田土壤为样品,采用DTPA浸提液提取土壤中的重金属元素,用火焰原子吸收光谱法进行测定。文章分析土壤样品中的Cu和Zn两种重金属元素全量及其有效态含量,对采样点土壤重金属元素的有效态含量与总量的相关性进行分析。结果表明,该地区土壤中Cu和Zn全量现状水平充足;有效态Cu含量丰富,有效态Zn含量缺乏。该地区Cu元素活性与其有效态含量相关性显著;Zn元素活性与其有效态含量相关性比较差。
With economic development, heavy metal pollution in soil has become a hot issue at home and abroad. In this paper, the soil of a farmland in Henan Province was used as a sample to extract the heavy metal elements in soil by DTPA extraction liquid and determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. In this paper, the total amount of Cu and Zn heavy metals and their effective contents in soil samples were analyzed. The correlation between the effective contents of heavy metals in soil samples and the total amount of soil samples was analyzed. The results showed that there was a sufficient amount of Cu and Zn in soils in the area, abundant Cu and available Zn. There was a significant correlation between Cu element activity and its available content in this area. The correlation between Zn element activity and its available content was poor.
