教学管理是为了实现教学目标而按照教学规律和特点对教学过程的全面管理,包括教学目标管理、过程管理、质量管理、教师和学生管理、教学档案管理等。抓好教学管理是学校的首要任务,其管理的科学性和成效性直接关系到人才培养的质量和社会办学效益。高职院校的教学管理内容、管理标准要与各自的行业接轨,这对各级教学管理人员,特别对教学秘书的职业素养和岗位能力提出了较高的要求。
