本文依据意念训练的概念和训练方法,结合健美操的技术动作特点。运用文献资料法和逻辑分析方法,借助哲学和认知心理学相关理论,分析了意念训练对健美操节奏感的教学作用。
This article based on the concept of concept training and training methods, combined with the technical characteristics of aerobics.
