为研究SDA脱硫灰应用于石灰石石膏法的可行性,在实验室模拟石灰石石膏湿法脱硫工艺环境,开展石灰石的溶解特性实验,分析了pH值、温度、反应时间、SDA脱硫灰的掺入方式及掺入量等因素对石灰石溶解度的影响,得出最优石灰石溶解工艺方案为:温度为30℃,反应时间为10min,pH值为5,SDA脱硫灰以不代替石灰石的方式掺入,且掺入量可达到30%~40%,石灰石溶解率并不受影响。
In order to study the feasibility of SDA desulphurization applied to limestone gypsum method, limestone gypsum wet desulphurization process environment was simulated in laboratory, and the dissolution characteristics of limestone were studied.
