以Al粉、Cu粉和Cr粉为原料,采用冷压烧结方法制备了Al-5Cu-5Cr复合材料,并进行了热挤压加工,考察了其耐磨行为。结果表明,Al-5Cu-5Cr复合材料具有良好的耐磨性,其磨损体积仅是QSn6.5-0.4的4.56%,磨损表面呈Al基体、硬质相(Al2Cu、Al11Cr2等)和少量孔隙的耐磨组织,兼有软基体加硬质点和硬基体加软质点2类耐磨组织。来自40Cr钢转移物较少,适宜同40Cr钢组成摩擦副,对偶件没有出现增量或减量现象。
Al-5Cu-5Cr composite was prepared by cold-press sintering with Al powder, Cu powder and Cr powder as raw materials, and hot-pressed. The wear resistance of Al-5Cu-5Cr composite was investigated. The results show that the wear resistance of Al-5Cu-5Cr composite is 4.56% of that of QSn6.5-0.4. The wear surface is Al matrix, hard phase (Al2Cu, Al11Cr2, etc.) Wear-resistant tissue, both soft and hard plus hard matrix plus soft spots plus Class 2 wear-resistant tissue. Steel transfer from the 40Cr less, suitable for 40Cr steel friction pair, the dual did not appear to increase or decrease the phenomenon.
