钢丝绳的结构和性能决定了提升系统的安全可靠性,钢丝绳扭转后产生不均匀的应力分布,加速了钢丝绳的磨损和失效。通过建立不同捻向纤维绳芯钢丝绳模型,使用有限元软件ABAQUS验证了模型的正确性,并对不同捻向钢丝绳进行分析;结果表明:在同等扭矩下,右同向捻钢丝绳受力大于右交互捻,交互捻性能优于同向捻,2种捻向钢丝绳应力分布不均匀,呈现一定的规律性。
The structure and performance of the rope determine to enhance the safety and reliability of the system. The twisted rope generates uneven stress distribution and accelerates the wear and failure of the rope. The model of wire rope is verified by finite element software ABAQUS, and the different twist wires are analyzed. The results show that under the same torque, the right-hand twisted steel wire rope has stronger force than the right one The twisting and cross-twisting properties are better than those of the same direction. The stress distribution of the two kinds of twisting steel wire ropes is not uniform, showing a certain regularity.
