采用白僵菌Beauveria sp.、绿僵菌Metarrhizium sp.、粉拟青霉Paecilomycesfarinosus、苏云金杆菌Bacillus thuringiensis var.sandiego、芜菁夜蛾线虫Steinernemafeltiae对淡翅黎丽金龟Blitopertha pallidipennis Reitter进行致病力测定和苗圃防治试验。结果表明:卵孢白僵菌AB菌株和球孢白僵菌YB菌株室内致病率60％—83.3％,苗圃防治效果67.6％—86.6％;芜菁夜蛾线虫室内致病率98％,苗圃防治试验校正虫口减退率87.5％;绿僵菌室内致病率13.8％;苏云金杆菌室内致病率58.8％,苗圃防治效果3.4％;粉拟青霉不致病。
The pathogenicity of Beauveria sp., Metarrhizium sp., Paecilomyces farinosus, Bacillus thuringiensis var.sandiego and Steinernemafeltiae were investigated. Nursery control test. The results showed that the indoor pathogenic rate of Beauveria bassiana AB and Beauveria bassiana YB was 60% -83.3% and that of nursery was 67.6% -86.6%.
