针对传统钎焊缺陷检测方法存在的诸多弊端,提出了一种利用超声水浸聚焦C扫描进行检测和依据钎着率进行评价的钎焊缺陷无损检测与评价方法,并开发了集计算机、超声无损检测与评价、图像处理、精密仪器和数控技术于一体的超声无损检测图像处理系统,实现了钎焊缺陷检测的自动化、图像化.通过对大量的钎焊试样进行检测及解剖发现,其C超图像与解剖界面的缺陷大小和分布完全一致.实践表明,文中提出的钎焊接头焊接质量的控制方法是非常有效的,开发的图像处理系统具有检测灵敏度、分辨率和自动化程度高,图象显示直观清晰,数据存储与调用快捷可靠,用途广泛等特点.
Aiming at the disadvantages of traditional methods of detecting defects in brazing, a method of non-destructive testing and evaluation of brazing defects based on ultrasonic water immersion focused C-scan and brazing evaluation was proposed.
