目的就170例糖尿病患者血糖与尿糖测定进行分析。方法选取本中心2011年8月~2012年7月收治的170例糖尿病患者,尿糖测定仪器选用CLINITEK 50尿液分析仪,方法为德国拜耳尿10项试纸;血糖测定仪器选用BS-120全自动生化分析仪,方法为葡萄糖氧化酶法(GOD法)。结果血糖测定值与尿糖测定值对于大多数糖尿病患者均呈正相关,尿糖浓度增加,血糖浓度也随之增高。但有13例患者血糖浓度增高;而尿糖阴性。本组患者随着年龄的逐渐增加,血糖值异常比例也逐渐增加,以31~40岁组最低,以61~70岁组最高,男女之间无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论糖尿病具有多样化的表现形式和诱因,为了确保诊断能够做到准确无误,应对患者的血糖、尿糖进行同时检查,以此来避免由于单项检查带来的误差。
Objective To analyze the determination of blood sugar and urine sugar in 170 diabetic patients. Methods 170 patients with diabetes mellitus who were admitted to our center from August 2011 to July 2012 were enrolled in this study. CLINITEK 50 urinalysis analyzer was used for urinalysis. 10 test strips of German Bayer Urine were used. Blood glucose was measured by BS-120 automatic analyzer Biochemical analyzer, the method of glucose oxidase method (GOD method). Results The measured values of blood glucose and the measured value of urine were positively correlated with most diabetic patients. The concentration of urine sugar increased and the blood glucose concentration increased accordingly. However, 13 patients with elevated blood glucose levels; and negative urine. The patients with age gradually increased, the abnormal proportion of blood glucose values also gradually increased, the lowest in 31 to 40 years old group, the highest in the group of 61 to 70 years old, no significant difference between men and women (P> 0.05). Conclusion There are many manifestations and causes of diabetes mellitus. To ensure that the diagnosis can be accurate, the patients’ blood glucose and urine sugar should be checked simultaneously to avoid the error caused by single examination.
