包虫病(Hydatid disease),是一种严重危害人体健康和影响畜牧业发展的人畜共患寄生虫病。由于传统的病原学方法,诊断该病较困难,故常用影像学和免疫学方法作为辅助诊断手段,尤其免疫学方法以其费用低廉、操作简便、特异性高而成为目前包虫病诊断中的重要手段。但该病免疫学诊断因缺少标准、特异的抗原而影响了实验的敏感性和结果的判定。因此,有必要寻找特异性抗原组分,并进行抗原提纯及免疫原性蛋白组分的分析,以确定标准化的包虫病诊断用抗原,达到与临床诊断标准的统一。
