在新一轮基础教育改革的今天,教师正面对着一个新的课程环境,新的课程研究模式,一个要求教师角色向广度延伸,向深度扩展的时代背景。在这个传统教育方式与现代教育方式激烈对峙的转型时期,交织着教师的退缩,彷徨,奋进的各种心态。课程改革的基础是教师,没有高素质的教师队伍,改革就难以成功。所以,在高中生物新课标实施的过程中,我们生物老师究竟如何去应对这种改革背景,全面提高自身素质就成为新课程实施成功与否的关键所在。要迎接好新课程的挑战,我们就要建立终身学习的理念,不断更新知识结构,发展专业能力与知识能力,以适应现代社会发展对生物课程的要求。树立终身学习的理念实际上就是强化教师自我发展的终身化意识,因此,生物教师要做好以下几点:一、开展反思性教学反思性教学实际上就是要求生物教师对教学不断反思、对业务不断提高、对自我不断发展,以促进教师发展朝终身化方向发展。反思将强化教师的创造性、激励个人成长愿望、有益于传授主要知识和培养课堂技能,养成教师的专业气质。这就要求教师要克服一次性学习的观念,树立终身学习的精神,使每一堂课的教学都成
