机电工业部“七·五”科技攻关项目,G20、G30系列高压齿轮泵于1989年12月25日至26日在四川省泸州市通过部级技术鉴定。该泵系长江液压件厂引进美国Vickers公司技术,具有国际先进水平的产品,其零部件国产化率已达100%。装机考核500小时以上,性能稳定,工作可靠。主要技术参数:额定压力14～23MPa,最高压力25MPa;排量23～160ml/r;转速范围600～3600r/min,单泵21个规格、多联泵472个规格。
The “July 5th” scientific and technological research project of the Ministry of Mechanical and Electrical Industry, and the G20 and G30 high-pressure gear pumps passed the ministerial-level technical appraisal in Luzhou City, Sichuan Province from December 25th to 26th, 1989. The pump is the introduction of Vickers’s technology from the United States to the Yangtze River Hydraulic Parts Factory. It has internationally advanced products and the localization rate of its components has reached 100%. Installed more than 500 hours of assessment, stable performance and reliable work. The main technical parameters: rated pressure 14 ~ 23MPa, maximum pressure 25MPa; displacement 23 ~ 160ml / r; speed range 600 ~ 3600r/min, single pump 21 specifications, multiple pumps 472 specifications.
