所谓教学反思,是指教师对教育教学实践的再认识、再思考,并以此来总结经验教训,进一步提高教育教学水平。教学反思是教师活动的重要组成部分,是教师为实现教学目标,对已经发生或正在发生的教学活动以及支持这些教学活动的观念、假设进行的积极、持续、周密、深入的自我调节性思考。通过教学反思,回顾自己教学实践,找出自己的差距与不足,吸取他人的长处与优点,以促进自身专业化发展和个人教学风格的形成。
The so-called teaching reflection refers to teachers’ re-understanding of education and teaching practice, and then thinking, and in order to sum up experience and lessons to further improve the level of education and teaching. Teaching reflection is an important part of teachers’ activities. It is a positive, continuous, thorough and thorough self-regulation thinking of teachers in order to achieve the teaching goal, teaching activities that have occurred or are taking place and the concepts and assumptions that support these teaching activities. Through teaching reflections, reviewing their own teaching practice, find out their own gaps and deficiencies, learn from others strengths and advantages to promote their own professional development and the formation of personal teaching style.
