研究了45钢Fe_2B硼化层经激光熔化处理熔池深度和激光参数之间的关系及临界熔化层中的相分布,发现:(1)在给定的激光功率密度下,熔池深度H与扫描速度v有如下关系:H=K/v~(0.65);(2)熔区中某一区段出现了FeB相;(3)在硬度-距离曲线上有一硬度峰,峰高和峰位随扫描速度而异并与相分布有关.
The relationship between the depth of molten pool and laser parameters and the phase distribution in the critical molten layer of 45 steel Fe_2B boride layer were studied. It is found that: (1) at a given laser power density, The scanning velocity v has the following relation: H = K / v ~ (0.65); (2) FeB phase appears in a section of the melt zone; (3) there is a hardness peak on the hardness- Speed varies with phase distribution.
