研究建立了测定水中痕量六价铬的流动注射光度方法。在酸溶液中,六价铬与二苯基碳酰二肼(DPC)形成红色螯合物的显色反应,其最大吸收峰在540nm处;本方法的线性范围为2.0-400.0μg/L(r>0.999),检出限为0.3μg/L,在50.0和100.0μg/L时的相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为1.18%、0.91%,加标回收率为93.0%-105.0%,测定频率60样/h。本方法简单、灵敏度高、分析速度快。应用本法成功地进行了地表水中Cr(VI)的测定,获得满意结果。
A flow injection spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace hexavalent chromium in water was established. The color reaction of hexavalent chromium with diphenyl carbodihydrazide (DPC) forms a red chelate in acid solution with a maximum absorption peak at 540 nm. The linear range of this method is 2.0-400.0 μg / L ( The relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 1.18% and 0.91% at 50.0 and 100.0 μg / L, respectively. The recoveries were in the range of 93.0% -105.0%. The detection limit was 0.3 μg / 60 samples / h. The method is simple, high sensitivity and fast analysis. This method has been successfully applied to the determination of Cr (VI) in surface water and satisfactory results have been obtained.
