This paper constructs the game model of cooperative R & D based on industrial chain, uses the reverse induction method, analyzes the mechanism of enterprise cooperation innovation, and compares the R & D investment and profit level of the enterprise under cooperative and non-cooperative R & D. The study found that in the case of cooperative research and development, R & D investment can improve the level of enterprises to improve corporate profits.
