研究精密磨削以及超精研磨轴对称非球面模具中 ,磨削力和速度变化对加工表面精度的影响因素 ,提出一种使用软件技术对加工误差进行补偿控制以提高加工精度的方法。
In this paper, the influence factors of grinding force and speed variation on machining surface precision in precision grinding and super-precision grinding axisymmetric aspherical mold are studied. A method to compensate and control machining errors by using software technology is proposed to improve machining accuracy.
