目的探讨急诊护理沟通技巧在急诊护理中的应用效果。方法选取2009年1月~2012年12月我院收治的急诊内科患者200例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各100例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在护理中使用沟通技巧,比较两组的急诊质量及护理满意度。结果观察组心理状况优于对照组,护理纠纷少于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沟通技巧能够减少护理纠纷,提高患者满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of emergency nursing communication skills in emergency nursing. Methods From January 2009 to December 2012, 200 cases of emergency medical patients admitted to our hospital were selected as the research object and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 100 cases each. The control group was treated with routine care, and the observation group used communication skills in nursing. The emergency quality and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The observation group was better than the control group in psychological status, nursing disputes less than the control group, nursing satisfaction than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Communication skills can reduce nursing disputes and improve patient satisfaction.
