目的分析2001—2010年解放军某部队传染病流行趋势和主要传染病发病情况,为部队制定措施有效防治传染病提供参考。方法用FoxPro、Excel、SPSS软件对某部传染病报告卡数据库和传染病疫情调查报告进行统计分析。结果 2001—2010年,某部队传染病发病总体呈下降趋势,以细菌性痢疾、甲型病毒性肝炎、其他感染性腹泻、伤寒为主的肠道传染病逐年下降;而以肺结核、水痘、麻疹、流行性腮腺炎为主的呼吸道传染病呈上升趋势。病毒性肝炎、细菌性痢疾、肺结核占10年传染病发病总数的74.87%,仍是传染病防治工作的重点。呼吸道传染病暴发疫情占10年中全部传染病暴发疫情总数的76.67%,并且有逐年增多的趋势。结论近10年来某部队传染病防治取得了较好的效果,今后要特别加强对病毒性肝炎、肺结核、细菌性痢疾、水痘、流行性腮腺炎、麻疹等多发病的防治,采取综合措施防控传染病暴发疫情、特别是呼吸道传染病暴发疫情的发生,并且做好新发传染病的防范工作。
Objective To analyze the epidemic trend of communicable diseases and the incidence of major communicable diseases of a PLA unit during 2001-2010 and provide reference for the units to formulate measures to effectively prevent and control communicable diseases. Methods FoxPro, Excel, SPSS software were used to conduct a statistical analysis on the investigation report of a certain infectious disease report card database and infectious disease. Results From 2001 to 2010, the overall incidence of infectious diseases in a certain unit declined gradually. The incidence of intestinal infectious diseases such as bacillary dysentery, hepatitis A, other infectious diarrhea and typhoid fever decreased year by year. However, the incidence of tuberculosis, chickenpox, measles , Mumps-based respiratory diseases are on the rise. Viral hepatitis, bacillary dysentery and tuberculosis account for 74.87% of the total number of 10-year infectious diseases, which is still the focus of prevention and control of infectious diseases. The outbreak of respiratory infectious diseases accounts for 76.67% of the total outbreaks of infectious diseases in 10 years, and there is a trend of increasing year by year. Conclusion The prevention and treatment of infectious diseases in a certain unit in the past decade have achieved good results. In the future, prevention and control of viral hepatitis, tuberculosis, bacillary dysentery, chicken pox, mumps and measles should be especially strengthened and prevention and control should be taken comprehensively Infectious diseases outbreaks, especially the outbreak of respiratory infectious disease outbreaks, and do a good job in the prevention of new infectious diseases.
