目的建立气相色谱法测定牡荆油胶丸中β-丁香烯的方法。方法用气相色谱法。色谱条件:色谱柱为HP-5石英毛细管柱(30.0 m×320μm×0.25μm);进样口温度:230℃;恒流:1 mL/min;分流比10∶1;检测口温度:260℃;进样量1μL;程序升温,起始温度80℃,以8℃/min升至200℃,保持5 min。结果β-丁香烯在0.002~0.16 mg/mL呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=0.055 1X-0.008,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为99.32%,RSD为1.56%。结论采用气相色谱法对牡荆油胶丸中β-丁香烯进行测定,方法简便、快速、准确、重复性好。
Objective To establish a gas chromatographic method for the determination of β-syringene in vitex oil capsules. Methods using gas chromatography. Chromatographic conditions: HP-5 quartz capillary column (30.0 m×320 μm×0.25 μm); inlet temperature: 230°C; constant flow: 1 mL/min; split ratio 10:1; detection port temperature: 260°C ; Injection volume 1μL; program temperature, starting temperature 80 °C, to 8 °C / min rose to 200 °C, hold 5 min. Results The β-eugenene showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.002~0.16 mg/mL. The regression equation was Y=0.055 1X-0.008, r=0.999 9. The average recovery was 99.32%, and the RSD was 1.56%. Conclusion The determination of β-syringene in vitex oil capsules by gas chromatography is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible.
