低钾危象系指低钾综合征所致的严重心律失常和循环、呼吸及肾功能衰竭。是低钾严重并发症。我院1983～1987年收治低钾危象20例,采用补钾同时补镁的治疗方法,效果良好。报告如下。临床资料1.一般资料:男6例、女14例;17岁以下2例,18～30岁7例,31～40岁6例,41～66岁5例;农民14例,其它6例。原发病:低血钾麻痹症16例,急性胃肠炎2例,食物中毒2例。2.实验室检查:血钾:
Hypokalemia refers to severe arrhythmia and circulation caused by hypokalemia syndrome, respiratory and renal failure. Hypokalemia is a serious complication. Our hospital from 1983 to 1987 admitted 20 cases of low potassium crisis, the use of potassium supplementation while magnesium treatment, the effect is good. The report is as follows.
