本文采用正交试验优选了钢纤维、中碱玻璃纤维、碳纤维和聚丙烯纤维增强MDF水泥材料的制备工艺参数,研究了碳纤维表面改性对其增强效果的影响。结果表明:采用纤维增强能够提高MDF水泥的抗弯强度、断裂韧性和耐水性能;对碳纤维的表面改性能够有效提高它对MDF水泥的增强效果;在几种纤维中,钢纤维对提高MDF水泥的抗弯强度和断裂韧性的作用最大,中碱玻璃纤维和表面经氧化+偶联处理的碳纤维对改善MDF水泥的耐水性最显著。
In this paper, orthogonal test was used to optimize the preparation process parameters of steel fiber, medium alkali glass fiber, carbon fiber and polypropylene fiber reinforced MDF cement material, and the effect of surface modification of carbon fiber on its reinforcement effect was studied. The results show that the fiber reinforcement can improve the flexural strength, fracture toughness and water resistance of MDF cement; the surface modification of carbon fiber can effectively improve its reinforcing effect on MDF cement; among several fibers, steel fiber improves MDF cement. The flexural strength and fracture toughness have the greatest effect. The alkali fiberglass and the carbon fiber surface treated with oxidation+coupling treatment have the most significant effect on improving the water resistance of MDF cement.
