通过改变45钢铣削加工参数和冷却条件,研究其表面完整性的变化规律。结果表明:改变冷却条件和铣削参数,其切削表面化学成分基本不发生变化;铣削加工时不使用切削液的表面显微硬度比使用切削液的较高;垂直于铣削加工面各点的显微硬度,随着距切削表面距离的增大而逐渐降低,且趋于平缓;铣削加工时的冷却条件和切削参数变化,使铣削加工表面均产生残余拉应力;铣削加工速度低、深度大,铣削表面的撕裂现象严重;铣削加工时,是否使用冷却液对造成的撕裂现象没有明显差别。
By changing the 45 steel milling parameters and cooling conditions, to study the variation of surface integrity. The results show that the chemical composition of the cutting surface does not change basically when the cooling conditions and the milling parameters are changed. The surface hardness of the cutting fluid which is not used in milling is higher than that of the cutting fluid. The hardness decreases gradually with the distance from the cutting surface and tends to be gentle. The cooling conditions and the change of cutting parameters during the milling process cause residual tensile stress on the milling surface. The milling speed is low, the depth is large, and milling The phenomenon of surface tearing serious; milling, whether the use of coolant on the phenomenon of tearing caused no significant difference.
