我国保健品产业崛起的成因探析

1980年,全国保健品生产企业不到100家,而到了1998年,已经超过3000家,品种也由当初的十几种发展到今天的近万种,品种类别也从过去较为“原始”的“强化营养食品”发展到现在经过药理毒理试验和动物人体验证、证明其确有功效的“高级、正规的保健品”。最新一代的保健品不仅要经过药理毒理试验和动物人体验证,确认其有效,而且还要能确定其产生功效的功能因子的成分和形态。保健品年产值也由当初的不足7千万元,上升到了今天的300亿元,消费方式也由过去主要用于馈赠,转变为现在的自行使用。据北京、上海、天津、广州等国内十大城市统计,有91%的儿童少年,73%的老人和46%的中青年人都在不同程度地使用各类保健品。全国企业无形资产的商标价值评估,名列榜首的前10名中,保健品就占了3个,它们是健力宝、太阳神和娃哈哈。保健品生产企业的总数、品种数量、年产值和利润已经达到治 In 1980, there were fewer than 100 health products manufacturing enterprises in the country. By 1998, there were more than 3,000 health products. The varieties have grown from a dozen of the original to nearly ten thousand today, and the category of products has also been relatively “original” in the past. “Enhanced nutritive foods,” “advanced, regular health care products” have been developed up to now through pharmacological toxicology tests and animal body verification to prove their effectiveness. The latest generation of health products is not only subject to pharmacological toxicology tests and animal body verification, confirming its effectiveness, but also determining the composition and form of the functional factors that produce its effects. The annual output value of health products has also risen from less than 70 million yuan at the beginning to today’s 30 billion yuan. The consumption mode has also been used mainly for gifts, and has now become self-used. According to statistics from the top ten cities in China, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin and Guangzhou, 91% of children and teenagers, 73% of the elderly and 46% of young and middle-aged people use various types of health products to varying degrees. 目的 研究急性脑血管病继发癫痫的临床特点.方法 对急性脑血管病继发癫痫38例的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 按癫痫发病的时间,急性期31例,迟发期7例.全面性发作28例,部分性发作10例.发生血管事件患者的大脑皮层都直接或间接地受到损害.结论 脑血管病继发癫痫是脑血管病的重要并发症,无论出血还是缺血,病灶都直接或间接波及大脑皮层,绝大多数呈全面性发作.急性期在积极治疗原发病的基础上癫痫均能被控制。
