家鼠型流行性出血热(EHF)的流行与家鼠带病毒率的消长呈季节性、周期性波动。通过圆形方法处理后,EHF的发病高峰在3月29日;家鼠带病毒率高峰在3月8日,比EHF发病高峰提前3周。80%EHF病例发生在1月17日至6月12日;80%带病毒鼠分布在前一年的11月25日至当年6月22日,且鼠带病毒率的80%分布范围亦比EHF发病率范围提前1个月。从高峰日期和分布情况显示,褐家鼠带病毒率高低是EHF发病季节高峰形成的主要因素之一。
The prevalence of house-mouse-type epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF) and the fluctuation of house-hold virus rates showed seasonal and periodic fluctuations.
