原型范畴化理论认为,范畴指事物在个体认知中的归类,它是建立在纵横交错的相似性网络和属性的基础之上。原型是人们对世界进行范畴化的认知参照点,它是物体范畴中最好、最典型的成员。在幼儿英语词汇教学中,根据幼儿的认知特点,界定基本范畴词汇的范围。利用基本范畴词汇的特点,扩大幼儿的词汇量,对基本范畴词进行归类教学,并且重视隐喻的作用,不断提高幼儿英语词汇教学的效率和效果。
Prototype categorization theory holds that category refers to the categorization of things in individual cognition, and it is based on the crisscrossing similarity network and attributes. Prototype is a cognitive reference point for people to categorize the world. It is the best and most typical member of the object category. In preschool English vocabulary teaching, the scope of vocabulary of basic categories is defined according to the cognitive characteristics of children. Using the characteristics of basic categories of vocabulary, expanding the vocabulary of young children, classifying the basic categories of words, and pay attention to the role of metaphor, and constantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of infant English vocabulary teaching.
