用电子自旋共振(ESR)方法探测电子自旋(1/2)轨道上非简并中心的性质是至关重要的,Anderson首先提出具有超导性质的铜氧化物包含有Cu-O杂化中心,它具有自旋1/2,称之为RVB(共振价键Resonatingvalence bond)态,其性质广受注目.但这一自旋态的ESR特征一直是争论的问题.我们研究了表面包覆有表面活性剂的CuO纳米微粒(10nm),发现它存在强的电-声子偶合和强的Cu-O杂化,表现出结构不稳定性,光谱表征表明,它很可能是以RVB态或极化子(Polaron)态存在,或它们可能是同一态.本文给出了它的室温电子自旋共振谱.从图1可看到存在两种不同的顺磁响
It is crucial to detect the properties of non-degenerate centers on the electron spin (1/2) orbit using the electron spin resonance (ESR) method. Anderson first proposed that copper oxides with superconductivity contain Cu-O hybrids Center, which has spin 1/2 and is called the RVB (Resonatingvalence bond) state, attracts much attention due to its nature.However, the ESR feature of this spin state has been a controversial issue.We studied the effects of surface coating The surfactant-containing CuO nanoparticles (10 nm) were found to exhibit strong electro-phonon coupling and strong Cu-O hybridization, showing structural instability.
