目的建立同时测定加味胃炎消片中野黄芩苷、盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,Alltima C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;以乙腈-20 mmol/L乙酸铵溶液(用冰醋酸调pH值至4.0)为流动相梯度洗脱;流速为1.0 mL/min;检测波长为335 nm。结果野黄芩苷线性范围在0.26~1.28μg,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为99.2%;盐酸小檗碱的线性范围为0.52~2.58μg,r=0.999 8,平均回收率为99.6%。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,重现性好,可作为该制剂中野黄芩苷、盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。
Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of baicalin and berberine in Jiawei Weiyangxiao Tablet. Methods The HPLC method was used on a Alltima C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-20 mmol / L ammonium acetate (adjusted to pH 4.0 with glacial acetic acid) / min; detection wavelength of 335 nm. Results The linear range of baicalin was 0.26 ~ 1.28μg, r = 0.999 9, the average recovery was 99.2%. The linear range of berberine hydrochloride was 0.52 ~ 2.58μg, r = 0.999 8, the average recovery was 99.6%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible. It can be used as a method for the determination of baicalin and berberine in the preparation.
