医院全面预算是服务于医院内部管理的现代管理工具,我国在新《医院财务制度》中就医院全面预算管理做出了明确指示:“医院在对财务管理方面要实行全面预算管理,必须要建立综合、全面的预算管理制度。”本文立足于现实,以ZY医院为研宄对象,结合ZY医院的经营特点和实际情况,针对ZY医院预算管理存在的问题,系统地研宄论述了如何在ZY医院建立起适应其发展的全面预算管理体系。根据实际情况,通过对新形势下医院财务管理的深入剖析,从而提出医院在财务预算管理方面的意见,完善医院相关财务预算管理制度。
