发展粉煤灰硅酸盐大型墙板是实现建筑业工业化的重要途径之一。将工业废渣粉煤灰、电石渣、炉渣等转化为有用的建筑材料,也是保护环境卫生造福人民的重大措施。当前,发展和推广使用粉煤灰硅酸盐墙板所急待解决的一个课题,便是如何阻止墙板中钢筋的锈蚀,以及在采取防护措施后钢筋和混凝土间粘结力是否能满足设计要求。我们针对以上课题作了一些试验和探讨,初步得出在粉煤灰硅酸盐混凝土中掺加1%和2%的工业亚硝酸钠阻锈效果良好,而其粘结力也完全满足钢筋混凝土的设计规范的要求。
