我厂对RJX—60—9箱式电阻炉在大修中进行了改造。改造后的电炉,在炉衬结构,电炉功率(供热速度),电气控制等诸方面均与传统的RJX—60—9箱式电炉不同。改造后的新炉空炉由30℃升温至860℃,耗电;72kwh,耗时:50分钟。空载节电67.2%(与未贴纤维比较),与改前内贴δ=20mm纤维相比节电47.5%,控温误差△Tmax=±5℃。具体措施与效果分述于下:
