目的在护理技术教学中培养护生的自主学习能力,使其树立终身学习观念。方法在课堂授课过程中,改变传统的授课模式,设计自主学习课堂,调动护生学习积极性,让护生主动参与教学活动的各个环节。结果接受自主学习教学方法的护生成绩明显较接受传统讲授方法的护生成绩高(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示,大部分护生对自主学习方法持肯定态度且乐于接受。结论自主学习教学方法可提高护生学习的自觉性、积极性、主动性,并可为其走上临床工作岗位后继续自主学习、终身学习奠定基础。
Objective To cultivate the self-learning ability of nursing students in nursing technical teaching so as to establish lifelong learning conception. Methods During the lecture, the traditional teaching mode was changed, the self-learning classroom was designed, the enthusiasm of nursing students was mobilized, and the nursing students take the initiative to participate in all aspects of teaching activities. Results The results of nursing students who received the self-learning teaching method were significantly higher than those who accepted the traditional teaching method (P <0.05). The survey results show that most of the nursing students are affirmative and willing to accept the self-learning method. Conclusion Autonomous learning teaching can improve the consciousness, enthusiasm and initiative of nursing students, and lay a foundation for continuing self-study and lifelong learning after they embark on clinical work.
